About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Product Manager with a strong understanding of AI-powered product delivery and the B2B technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client and business needs into scalable product solutions, ensuring end-to-end ownership from ideation to delivery. This role requires a blend of technical product management, customer experience acumen, and strategic thinking to drive innovation, retention, and satisfaction across high-stakes client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals and user insights.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to develop AI-based product features.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for differentiation.
2. Customer Experience & Retention
- Work with Customer Success teams to identify user pain points and design impactful product improvements.
- Develop customer segmentation and profiling frameworks to enhance personalization.
- Use behavioural and data analytics to predict churn and strengthen engagement.
3. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless product adoption experience.
- Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, converting requirements into structured deliverables.
- Maintain effective documentation and communication across internal teams.
4. AI Product Delivery & Optimization
- Partner with AI engineers and solution architects to deliver voice and NLP-based modules.
- Continuously refine AI performance using data-driven insights and client feedback.
- Champion responsible AI practices that maximize business value and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 25 years of product management experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B tech.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-backed product decisions.
- Proven ability in managing customer lifecycles, churn reduction, and retention analytics.
- Exposure to Voice AI or Conversational Intelligence is highly desirable.
- Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of end-to-end ownership.
