We are looking for a Product Manager with strong Fintech & Payments experience to drive end-to-end ownership of payment journeys and financial product integrations for our consumer platform.
If you have built and scaled digital payment products in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Own product roadmap for Payments & Fintech initiatives
- Improve payment success rates and reduce transaction drop-offs
- Lead integrations with payment gateways, UPI, wallets, BNPL, and banking partners
- Drive reconciliation, settlements, refunds, and TAT improvements
- Work closely with Risk, Fraud, Compliance & Engineering teams
- Track and optimize key metrics: GMV, conversion, fraud rate, chargebacks, transaction latency
- Launch and scale new fintech features with measurable business impact
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of Product Management experience in Fintech / Payments (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of UPI, Payment Gateways, Wallets, Settlements, and Transaction Lifecycle
- Experience with RBI compliance & regulatory frameworks preferred
- Data-driven mindset (SQL/analytics exposure is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, cross-functional environments
