Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years in product management, with proven success in launching and managing impactful products.
- Experience in KYC, digital onboarding, and conversion.
- Experience in fintech or similar fast-paced industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Expertise in customer experience design and user-first problem-solving.
- Proficient in agile methodologies, project management tools, and product analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial services, investment products, and emerging technologies.
