Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across mobile apps and web e-commerce platforms - from ideation to launch and continual optimization.
  • Prioritize product strategies, feature requests and backlogs effectively based on impact, effort, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases on schedule.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to define go-to-market plans, launch timelines, and cross-functional alignment for new launches.
  • Track, analyse and report product KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, LTV and engagement metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end user experience through experiments, feedback, and data analysis to consistently improve KPIs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong product sense with experience in e-commerce or D2C consumer apps.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude, Webengage).
  • Excellent understanding of mobile UX patterns, app engagement loops, and retention levers.
  • Skilled in writing user stories, PRDs, and managing agile sprints in tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Solid collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Technical familiarity with APIs, development lifecycles, version control and
