Designation - Junior Product Manager
Looking for Mumbai Based Candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Be the bridge between business users and the development team to define and develop product features that meet business needs and opportunities.
- Closely coordinate with internal engineering teams and client product teams.
- Create and manage release plans for product updates and new releases.
- Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for internal use.
- Communicate client requirements effectively to the engineering team.
- Be open to understanding technical architecture and workflows.
- Understand the product flow conveyed by the client and ensure accurate communication to the engineering team.
- Ensure that all changes implemented by the internal team are correct and aligned with requirements; suggest improvements where needed.
- Take full product ownership and act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Financial Markets and Derivatives Markets.
- Proficiency in Figma and JIRA.
- Proven experience in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Candidates from the FinTech domain are preferred must possess strong market knowledge and familiarity with financial products, trading systems, and market operations
