The Opportunity
Are you a techno-commercial leader ready to drive the next generation of automotive components We are looking for a
Product Manager to lead our end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and New Product Development (NPD) for high-stakes Automotive OEMs.
You won't just be managing products; you will be the bridge between precision engineering and business growth, overseeing everything from CNC operations and Industrial Robotics to high-level OEM negotiations.
Your Impact
- NPD Leadership: Spearhead the journey from concept to commercialization, ensuring every new product meets rigorous OEM standards.
- Manufacturing Oversight: Optimize high-volume production environments involving CNC/VMC, Injection Moulding, Hydraulic Presses, and Robotic Welding.
- OEM Growth: Act as the primary lead for Business Development with Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, owning Key Account Management and commercial negotiations.
- Operational Excellence: Implement Lean Manufacturing and FIFO systems to drive cost optimization and ensure 100% adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets.
- GTM Strategy: Develop and launch Go-To-Market strategies for both B2B and B2C product opportunities.
The Ideal Profile
- Experience: 8–10 years in a high-volume Automotive Manufacturing or Engineering environment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of CNC Machining, VMC, Sliding Head operations, and Assembly Line automation.
- Commercial Savvy: Proven track record in OEM Sales, Costing, BOM management, and Pricing Strategy.
- Education & Language: Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Production preferred). Hindi fluency is mandatory for internal coordination.
- Mobility: Based in Jamnagar with the ability to travel to Ahmedabad 1–2 times per month.
