We're a lean, high-performing team of 25, passionate about creating innovative software products from India for a global audience. As a Frontend Team Lead, you'll be a crucial part of our central engine, driving our frontend development and shaping the future of our platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Product strategy development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the goals for the year.
- Devise ways to collect and analyze customer feedback to decide on the exact feature sets to build that are best suited to customer needs.
- Market and competitive analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, which will inform further feature and product development.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customer support to gather feedback, validate product assumptions, and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
- Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and feature delivery.
- Prioritization and Planning: Prioritize features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, and manage product backlogs effectively.
- Launch and Post-Launch Analysis: Oversee product launches, analyze performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience as a product manager at a SaaS company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in working with a team of software developers and designers.
- A basic understanding of technical systems is required to engage with engineers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects.
