About The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager for one of our SaaS product -
Taggbox, who can drive product innovation, platform scalability, and business growth across our ecosystem.
This is not a conventional feature-management role. We are looking for someone with CTO-level product thinking — a leader who understands technology deeply, aligns product vision with business strategy, and can build scalable SaaS systems with long-term impact.
The ideal candidate should be capable of owning product architecture direction, platform evolution, AI/product innovation, growth strategy, and cross-functional execution while working closely with founders, engineering leaders, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define long-term product vision, platform roadmap, and innovation strategy for the company's SaaS products.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive gaps, and emerging technology trends.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives focused on scalability, retention, and monetization.
- Build strategic product direction aligned with business goals and global market expansion.
Technical Product Leadership
- Work closely with engineering teams on scalable architecture, APIs, integrations, automation systems, and platform performance.
- Participate in high-level technical decision-making related to infrastructure, system design, security, and product scalability.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into business value and customer-centric solutions.
- Drive AI, automation, analytics, and personalization initiatives across products.
Product Execution
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Create detailed PRDs, product workflows, user journeys, and execution frameworks.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, engineering effort, scalability, and business value.
- Lead agile product development cycles with cross-functional teams.
Data & Growth Ownership
- Define and monitor key product KPIs including activation, retention, engagement, churn, MRR growth, and adoption.
- Drive experimentation, product analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Use customer insights and behavioral data to improve product experience and business outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with founders, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and design teams.
- Act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
- Drive a culture of innovation, ownership, and product excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, MarTech, SocialTech, or platform-based products.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud systems, and scalable platforms.
- Experience managing complex products with global users and high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence engineering/product decisions.
- Deep understanding of product analytics, user behavior, growth loops, and monetization strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technology, UX, and commercial goals.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with AI-powered products, recommendation systems, automation workflows, or data platforms.
- Exposure to social media aggregation, UGC, creator economy, eCommerce, or digital marketing products.
- Prior startup or high-growth SaaS company experience.
- Ability to think like a founder and execute like an operator.
