Job Purpose

We are looking for a Product Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with international clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions. Experience in the fitness industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

    • Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
    • Prioritize product backlog with a strong focus on customer impact and business value.
    • Identify product gaps and propose innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis.
    • Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining quality standards.
    • Define KPIs and track product performance to drive data-driven decisions.
    • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
    • Communicate product vision, updates, and progress effectively across all levels.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience

    • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management within IT or consulting environment.
    • Strong experience in creating product roadmaps and defining product strategy.
    • Excellent prioritization skills with strong customer-first mindset.
    • Experience in identifying product gaps and delivering business-driven solutions.
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
    • Ability to work with cross-platform products (Web & Mobile).
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working with international clients.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have

    • Experience in the fitness or health-tech industry.
    • Exposure to SaaS-based products.
    • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
    • Understanding of basic technical architecture and integrations.
