- Support product launches, relaunches, and portfolio refreshes
- Collaborate and engage with regional stakeholders to support congresses, events, and training initiatives
Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain deep knowledge of Product, market trends, competition, and clinical developments
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and rising stars
- Support clinical programs and communicate outcomes effectively
Training & Enablement
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the Education Team
- Provide product and technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Influence and motivate teams without direct reporting lines
Collaboration & Leadership
- Foster a collaborative team spirit across diverse regions
- Coach and provide feedback to Sales teams
- Act as a cultural ambassador, demonstrating humility and empathy across borders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, marketing management in medical Devices
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
