- Develop marketing strategy for effective product placement to gain market share
- Analyse competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats
- Track implementation of brand strategies through sales team and monitor ROI
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement:
- Meet and engage top KOLs category-wise and their management to drive business
Marketing Plans & Collaterals:
- Develop marketing plans for assigned products with detailed activities in coordination with Marketing Head & Business Head
- Ensure all collaterals and promotional material are printed/purchased and dispatched on time and within budget
Sales Team Coordination:
- Communicate product positioning and changes in product information to sales team during cycle meetings
- Train field force on product launches, cycle meetings, and training programs
ROI & Market Analysis:
- Analyse ROI of marketing initiatives by tracking increase in prescriptions, revenue, and other indicators via internal audits and external market surveys
