Product Manager - Mattress and Foam

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product lifecycle for mattress & foam categories
• Develop new products based on market trends and customer needs
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and sales teams
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure quality standards and product improvements
• Support sales team with product training and technical inputs
