ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the international sales function by ensuring timely preparation of sales orders, technical documentation, compliance submissions, proposals, and customer responses—particularly for data center and high-specification projects. Serves as a key interface between sales, technical, production, and customers to facilitate smooth execution of international opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Order Management & Coordination
• Provide end-to-end coordination support to the international sales team.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
• Track order processing and coordinate with materials & logistics teams for delivery timelines
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer inquiries
2. Technical Support to Sales Team
• Prepare and manage technical documentation for project submissions, tenders, and customer requirements (compliance documents, datasheets, drawings, BOQs)
• Support the sales team in responding to consultant queries, technical clarifications, and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with technical, quality and production teams to obtain necessary technical inputs and supporting documents
• Assist in preparing technical presentations for consultants and customers to support project approvals
3. Documentation & Knowledge Management
• Maintain a central repository of technical documents, certifications, and compliance data
• Update and maintain product technical libraries for international markets
• Develop standardized templates for technical submissions and documentation
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as coordination point between sales,technical, production, and quality teams
• Ensure accurate communication of customer technical requirements internally
• Assist in resolving technical queries during project execution stages
• Develop standard technical submission packages for key industries
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) or related technical discipline
• 4–5 years of experience in technical coordination, application engineering, or technical sales support.
• Experience in construction materials, infrastructure products, data centers, or engineering solutions preferred
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Experience in documentation-driven industries such as construction materials, infrastructure, data centers, or engineering solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, compliance requirements, and submission processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Excellent documentation, organizational skills, and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, analytical, solution-oriented with strong collaboration and customer focus.
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with international customers, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
