The Role
We are seeking to hire a Product Manager, Learning Technologies, to join our existing global team of professionals leading CCL's cutting-edge digital learning solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for the execution-level management of Design Studio and the Self-Serve Evaluation Tool. You will own the end-of-the-end product lifecycle, translating strategic priorities into high-quality, user-centered features for learners, designers, and administrators.
With a high degree of autonomy, you will partner closely with engineering and operations to drive platform adoption, usability, and consistency at scale. Operating within a framework established by the Director of Product, you will bridge the gap between vision and technical delivery, ensuring these cutting-edge tools provide seamless, high-impact learning experiences across the organization.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
We are looking for a highly organized professional who excels in fast-paced, global environments. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Product Delivery & Execution: Own end-to-end enhancements for tools like Design Studio and Self-Serve Evaluation, writing clear user stories and functional requirements to ensure high-precision delivery.
- User Experience & Discovery: Apply design thinking to refine workflows and wireframes, translating qualitative and quantitative user insights into actionable product improvements.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Act as the primary point of contact for product needs, leading training, demonstrations, and documentation to drive global platform adoption.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain executive transparency by communicating sprint outcomes, roadmap shifts, and performance metrics to the global stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies
- Product & Lifecycle Mastery: Proven expertise in Product Management or Ownership, with a strong ability to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital platforms.
- Operational & Strategic Execution: Significant background in operational support and project coordination within global professional services or EdTech, ensuring seamless digital delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Autonomous Decision-Making: Ability to work with high autonomy and sound judgment, navigating complex projects independently while staying synchronized with organizational frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional track record of bridging the gap between Engineering, Operations, and diverse global teams to drive platform usability and consistent performance.
- Agile Communication & Insight: Superior skills in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, combined with a user-first mindset and the agility to leverage emerging digital learning trends
Education & Experience
Education
- A bachelor's degree in information technology with 5 years of experience in a multinational product/technology organization.
