Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to commissioning.
Conduct site walk-downs for commissioning and I/O database preparation.
Manage third-party communication integration in PLC systems.
Supervise control system installation, testing, and start-up procedures.
Execute logic simulation and testing per control write-ups.
Conduct Pre-FAT, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and post-FAT clean-up.
Perform functional testing of I/O interfaces and ensure seamless system integration.
Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and support existing PLC/DCS control system installations.
Execute retrofit and upgrade activities for installed control systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
