Product Manager LOS & Lead Generation (Secured Lending)

We are looking for a Product Manager with 3 years of experience to own and scale our

Loan,Origination System (LOS) and lead generation platform for secured lending products.

This role requires someone who understands lending journeys, technology execution, and

user behavior across sales, credit, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive product development for LOS and lead generation systems in secured

lending.

Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories.

Manage end-to-end SDLC in collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.

Work closely with sales, credit, and operations teams to improve lead sourcing, conversion,

and loan processing journeys.

Use SQL or basic data analysis to track product performance and identify opportunities.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML for automation, lead qualification, document

processing, or decisioning.

Define success metrics, dashboards, and experiment frameworks for product

improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Product Management experience

Experience working on Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or lead generation platforms in

secured lending (LAP / HL / LCV etc.)

Strong understanding of SDLC and agile product development

Basic SQL/data analysis capability

Strong user empathy and ability to translate field feedback into product improvements

Exposure to AI/ML or AI-enabled product features

Good to Have

Experience in fintech or NBFC lending ecosystem

Understanding of DSA / sales sourcing journeys

Experience with data tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, etc.)
