Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong fintech experience, focused on lending marketplaces, to own and scale customer-facing and platform products across onboarding, transactions, risk, compliance, and growth. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams to build secure, compliant, and delightful financial products.

What You'll Do:

Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery delivery iteration Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals.

Identify opportunities through user research, data analysis, and market trends. Translate regulatory constraints into elegant product solutions.

Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

Prioritize features using impact vs effort frameworks.

Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality releases on time.

Manage trade-offs between speed, compliance, and user experience.

Define and track KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, drop-offs).

Run experiments (A/B tests) to optimize funnels.

Work with Design to deliver intuitive UX.

Partner with Growth & Marketing on onboarding and engagement journeys.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or equivalent.

25+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech domain, ideally in lending.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
