We're looking for a hands-on product manager who can plan, track, and coordinate our ERP development work. The person should understand how software and data flow work not a deep coder, but smart enough to discuss logic with developers and give clear directions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage work sprints in Jira (tasks, timelines, and priorities).
- Communicate between designers, developers, and internal stakeholders (operations, HR, finance).
- Prepare clear flow charts, tables, and feature logic for new modules.
- Define what data needs to be shown on screens and how it connects to other modules.
- Collect feedback from users inside the company and turn it into clear improvement tasks.
- Keep everyone aligned on what's being built, tested, and released each week.
- Track progress and flag any delays or blockers early.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator in a software company.
- Good understanding of scrum/agile workflows and Jira usage.
- Comfortable working with UI/UX and dev teams to finalize details.
- Knows how to make and explain basic workflow diagrams (Miro, Draw.io, Lucidchart, etc.).
- Can understand how data connects between tables or modules (basic database logic).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to haves
- Some exposure to ERP or internal tools.
- Familiarity with React or Odoo environments.
- Prior experience working with hybrid/offshore teams.
