About the role

The Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.

Also should be able to gather customer feedback, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to enhance product performance.

The Product Manager ensures continuous iterations based on market demands and user insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Product Strategy & Planning : Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Execution and Delivery: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the roadmap.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders and the product team. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment across teams and leadership

Engage with Customers: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions and improve user experience.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to track product performance and guide product improvements.

Lead Agile Process: Manage the product backlog and work with teams using agile methods to deliver features on time.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Drive innovation and implement new processes to improve product outcome
