Job Description

Responsibilities:

Own product outcomes for Platform Automation services, leading the roadmap and lifecycle while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Utilize data analytics tools like EPM and Amplitude to analyze product performance, usage patterns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success, satisfaction, retention, and long-term value realization.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, prioritizing features and enhancements.
Design and execute OSAT surveys to capture user feedback and validate product improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute product strategies and go-to-market plans effectively.
