We're hiring a
Product Manager I (24 years) to help build the next wave of
AI-powered driver experienceswith a strong focus on real, measurable impact. If you're hands-on with AI tools today (or obsessively learning fast), and you want to ship AI-led products that improve how drivers onboard, earn, and get supportedthis role is for you.
What You'll Work On (high-impact Areas)
>AI-first driver experiences: Build and ship AI-led capabilities across driver journeyssmarter interventions, automation, and new interaction surfaces (including Voice AI as a major thread).
>AI + support experiences: Integrate AI / LLM powered intelligence into support flows to improve resolution speed, quality, and driver trustwhile reducing operational load.
>Payouts automation: Scale payout workflows through automation, assisted decisioning, and correctness checksmaking payouts simpler, faster, and more reliable.
>Driver onboarding: Reduce activation friction and improve clarity across onboarding states, requirements, and communications for best-in-class onboarding experience.
>Frontline excellence tooling (FM app): Build tools that help field teams operate more effectivelyvisibility, tasking, verification, and on-ground execution.
>Cross-app surfaces: Some of the work will span the driver app experience end-to-end, not just internal tools.
What You'll Be Responsible For
>Own problem spaces end-to-end: discovery requirements execution launch iteration
>Write crisp PRDs + define success: clear problem framing, success metrics, instrumentation, and experiment plans
>Ship with engineering & design: deep collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions, including rollout plans and tricky edge cases
>Partner with ops/support/analytics: ensure what we build works in the real worldnot just in specsand is operationally scalable
>Prototype to move faster: create quick, high-signal prototypes of product ideas (flows, screens, interactions) to accelerate alignment and reduce iteration cycles
- We already use AI-enabled product/design tooling and have access to all the right appsso you'll be expected to get hands-on and use them to turn ideas into tangible prototypes early
- This is a key part of the role and a great opportunity to level up as a next gen PM by working closely with design and engineering from day zero
>Demonstrate Take charge: identify opportunities for improvement, and drive maintain momentum even in ambiguous situations.
Who Is An Ideal Candidate
>24 years experience in Product (or Engg, or equivalent ownership in a role that demonstrates product thinking)
>Strong execution: ability to take ambiguous problems and deliver results quickly
>Comfort with data and metrics (funnels, cohorts, experiment thinking; SQL is a plus)
>AI-first mindset: hands-on with AI tools/workflows, curiosity to learn fast, and a habit of thinking how can AI create step-change outcomes here
>Strong communication and stakeholder management across business + tech teams
Engineering-background friendly
This role is also open to folks with an engineering background who've built products/features and now want to own the what and whynot just the how. If you enjoy shaping requirements, making trade-offs, and partnering closely with engineers to ship end-to-end outcomes, you'll fit right in.
