Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for onboarding orchestration, monitoring, and growth tooling.
- Build configurable workflows and journey builders for partners across web and mobile.
- Design seamless, low-friction onboarding experiences across KYC and application journeys.
- Develop ops dashboards for partners and internal teams to track: Funnel progression and step-level conversion; Drop-offs and failure points; and SLA/TAT across integrations (KYC, bureau, etc. ).
- User states (in-progress, failed, retry-eligible, completed).
- Own event tracking and data instrumentation across onboarding journeys.
- Enable funnel analysis, cohorting, and segmentation (by partner, channel, user type).
- Build systems to support retargeting and recovery workflows, including:
- Trigger-based nudges (SMS, WhatsApp, email, push).
- Retry journeys for failed or incomplete users.
- Partner-configurable re-engagement rules.
- Integrate seamlessly with partner systems and third-party services (KYC, BRE, fraud, etc. ).
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and partner teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Translate partner requirements into flexible, platform-level capabilities.
- Drive execution through clear PRDs, prioritization, and agile processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or platform products.
- Strong understanding of user journeys, onboarding funnels, and UX systems.
- Experience with analytics, funnel tracking, or dashboarding tools.
- Familiarity with event-driven systems and product instrumentation.
- Exposure to retargeting, CRM, or user engagement systems.
- Ability to think in terms of platform design and configurability, not just single flows.
- Comfort working with APIs, integrations, and external partner systems.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics and derive insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice To Have
- Exprience with onboarding/KYC systems or fintech integrations.
- Exposure to low-code / no-code workflow builders or orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, MoEngage, etc.
- Basic understanding of how BRE and decision systems integrate into journeys.
