Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Own the product roadmap and manage the full lifecycle: concept launch optimization phase-out.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation aligned with business and market needs.
- Drive new product introductions (NPI), replacements, and localization initiatives.
Portfolio Commercial Management
- Manage portfolio performance: revenue, margin, volume, cost, and market share.
- Identify opportunities to expand portfolio, optimize SKUs, and improve profitability.
- Support pricing strategies, tender participation, and commercial negotiations.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, R&D, quality, and logistics teams.
- Lead supplier alignment on specifications, formulations, packaging, labeling, and timelines.
- Act as primary interface between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Improve and standardize product management processes for on-time product launches.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supply, quality, and regulatory changes.
- Support automation, data-driven reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
