Job Description

We re looking for a Product Manager, Growth with 3-5 years of experience to own the product strategy and execution for growing Loop Health s diagnostics platform. You ll define and build features, optimize user journeys, and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven product development. This role is ideal for a product-focused, analytical thinker who thrives on creating impactful solutions in a healthtech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Growth-Oriented Product Features: Define, prioritize, and deliver product features that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for the diagnostics platform (e.g., streamlined test booking flows, personalized health checkup recommendations).
  • Optimize User Experience: Design and iterate on user journeys to improve conversion rates, reduce friction in scheduling diagnostics, and enhance result delivery experiences.
  • Lead Experimentation: Develop and execute A/B tests and product experiments to optimize features, pricing models, or user incentives, ensuring measurable improvements in growth metrics.
  • Collaborate on Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to build and launch features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Define and Track Metrics: Establish product-specific KPIs (e.g., test booking rates, user retention, NPS) and leverage analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics to monitor performance.
  • Shape Product Strategy: Contribute to the diagnostics platform s roadmap by identifying growth opportunities through user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Integrate Partnerships: Collaborate with product and clinical teams to integrate partner labs or healthcare providers into the platform, enhancing service offerings and user trust.

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in product management, growth marketing, or a related role, with at least 2 years focused on building and scaling consumer-facing products. Healthtech or diagnostics experience is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and experience with A/B testing, user journey optimization, or product experimentation.
  • Product Mindset: Strong ability to translate data insights and user needs into product features that drive growth and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and clinical operations, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker who can balance strategic product vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced startup.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate product strategies and align stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the Indian diagnostics or healthcare market, experience with B2B/B2C SaaS platforms, or familiarity with lab integrations.
