About the Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented Product Manager with 4+ years of experience, preferably in payments/fintech with exposure to payment gateways, to drive product strategy, development, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch impactful products aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather customer insights, conduct market & competitor analysis
- Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle
- Prioritize backlog and ensure timely delivery
- Track product performance using defined KPIs
- Lead product launches and continuously improve user experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience (payments/fintech preferred)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle & Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence
- Data-driven mindset with exposure to product metrics
- Experience in payment systems, transactions, or financial platforms
- Familiarity with payment gateways and standards (e.g., PCI-DSS) is a plus
