Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate ideas that drive adoption and growth.
- Define and drive product vision with internal teams and key external stakeholders.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver products with strong execution discipline and fast time-to-market.
- Drive product launches in collaboration with leadership, marketing/PR, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product strategy and effective communication.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and drive internal and external alignment.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and improve product outcomes.
- Create short-term and long-term product forecasts, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
- Bring new products to market with structured ROI planning and impact measurement.
- Drive operational follow-ups and ensure closure on execution deliverables.
- Support team development through coaching, performance monitoring, and goal alignment (if managing team members).
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management or associate product management.
- Strong ability to develop product strategy and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product releases.
- Strong project and time management skills with a high-ownership mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on execution approach.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
