Group Product Manager/Marketing Manager
- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio
- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives
- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the brand
- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio
- Assessment of opportunities in Antiseptic and adjacent categories
- Developing hypothesis on ways to tap those opportunities
- Assessing the validity of the hypothesis on developmental as well as consumer relevance front
- Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category thru cross-functional coordination and external vendor management.
- Lead all brand & product management analysis, planning & execution for the brand, including product development, creative and promotions
- Monitor market changes, trade issues, competitive brands communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally
- Must have 8-12 years of experience in managing a brand in antiseptic /OTC wellness/competitive strategy
- Must have experience in independantly managing a brand or category or a category for atleast 3-5 years
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Distribution starcture would be essential. Hanging commerical knowledge of entire business is a requirment and advantage
