Job Title: Associate/ Product Manager - Product Management

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who can drive end-to-end product ownership from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build products that create measurable value for our B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals
• Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned modules/features
• Conduct customer discovery through interviews, market research, and feedback analysis
• Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria including prototyping using AI tools (preferably: Lovable, Claude and Cursor).
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams in agile/sprint cycles
• Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and business value
• Define product KPIs and track performance post-launch
• Partner with Sales and Marketing for successful GTM strategy and launches
• Continuously iterate using data, customer feedback, and market insights

Required Skills & Experience

• 68 years of experience in Product Management (B2B SaaS)
• Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC models)
• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
• Technical understanding of REST APIs, integrations, or SaaS architecture
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mouseflow, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)
