Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of our Credit Card portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, customer acquisition, engagement, profitability, and digital innovation across card products.

This role requires strong expertise in credit card products, regulatory compliance, risk management, digital channels, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the credit card product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Launch new credit card variants (e.g., rewards, travel, co-branded, secured cards).
• Enhance product features such as EMI, balance transfer, BNPL, loyalty programs, etc.

2. Portfolio Management

• Manage P&L for credit card portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs: acquisition, activation rate, spend per card, retention, delinquency, profitability.
• Optimize pricing strategies (interest rates, annual fees, interchange income).

3. Customer Acquisition & Engagement

• Partner with marketing to design acquisition campaigns.
• Drive digital onboarding and frictionless application journeys.
• Improve customer lifecycle engagement and cross-sell initiatives.

4. Risk & Compliance

• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Monitor credit policies and portfolio risk metrics.
• Ensure product compliance with central bank guidelines and card network standards.
