Primary Responsibility:

Product Management

1. Grow Merchant EMI business; design NoCost EMI and partnerfunded propositions.
2. Manage merchant & OEM partnerships and negotiate commercials.
3. Ensure smooth execution across POS partners, gateways, networks, and internal systems.
4. Drive organic spends across categories through offers and merchant partnerships.
5. Digital Acquisition Impact through offers, MAU growth, and spend rampup through datadriven lifecycle programs.
6. Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, unit economics, and risk metrics.
7. Oversee operations, reconciliation, settlements, and subvention claims.
