Primary Responsibility:

Product Manager-Credit Cards (Transaction EMI & Outstanding to EMI)

1. We are looking for a resultsdriven Product Manager to own and scale key credit card instalment products primarily Transaction EMI, Balance EMI.
2. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of product strategy, digital journeys, portfolio performance, and customer experience, while collaborating closely with technology, risk, operations, and marketing teams.
3. Own endtoend product management for Transaction EMI & Balance EMI offerings.
4. Design and manage product propositions including pricing, tenure, fees, eligibility, and customer communication.
5. Drive portfolio growth through targeted campaigns, preapproved offers, and digital journey enhancements.
6. Monitor and improve key metrics such as conversion, utilization, revenue, delinquency, and customer complaints.
7. Partner with Technology, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver product enhancements and ensure smooth operations.
8. Prepare clear business requirements (PRDs/BRDs), support UAT, and manage product launches.
9. Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate disclosures, and adherence to internal policies.
10. Identify and resolve operational issues, improve turnaround times, and enhance customer experience.
11. Prepare MIS, dashboards, and business updates for senior stakeholders.
