We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to drive our hygiene & infection control portfolio in the healthcare market, with a fast-track opportunity to transition into a Marketing Manager role within 69 months.

Lead product lifecycle management, innovation, and go-to-market strategies

Drive market share growth, product adoption, and revenue expansion

Work closely with R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, and Healthcare stakeholders

Own pricing, positioning, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives

Track and deliver on KPIs: Revenue, Market Share, CAC, Customer Satisfaction

Eligibility:

Bachelor's in Science / Pharmacy / Medicine

MBA (Marketing) from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute preferred

78 years of Product Management experience in Healthcare/Pharma
