Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategically oriented Product Manager to lead product planning, marketing strategy, and lifecycle management. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective product positioning, successful launches, and sustained market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning through commercialization and growth

Develop and execute product positioning, marketing strategies, and annual marketing plans

Lead new product launches and develop comprehensive marketing and training collaterals

Enable sales teams through product and clinical training initiatives

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and track product performance

Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain

Candidate Profile

MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred

37 years of experience in Product Management within Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
