Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Own the product roadmap for our lending and origination platform. You'll work directly with US-based stakeholders, engineering teams, compliance, and business leaders to ship features that matterfaster loan approvals, better borrower experiences, smarter workflows.

Essential Functions

• Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and requirements (Azure DevOps/Jira)
• Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and ship features
• Present roadmaps and progress to leadership
• Run cross-functional alignment meetings with stakeholders across lending, compliance, servicing, and operations
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and delivery
• Analyze product performance with data (Power BI, SQL, dashboards)

Education and Experience

• 35 years as Product Manager OR 58 years as Senior Business Analyst/Product Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• US Mortgage or Financial Services experience a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to executives

Work Environment

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers etc.. Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
