We're looking for an IT/Product Manager with experience in ERP implementation and lifecycle management. This role goes beyond maintenance. It's about designing how data moves through the business, making systems talk to each other, and giving teams the right tools. You'll assess workflows, manage vendors, ensure data integrity, and drive tech upgrades that make SupplyPort faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, integration, and upgrades of ERP systems across sales, fulfilment, inventory, and finance.
- Audit current workflows and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work, delays, and data mismatches.
- Build and manage an internal IT roadmap aligned with business growth.
- Manage external vendors, software partners, and service providers.
- Establish and enforce data governance, uptime, and documentation standards.
- Train teams, onboard new tools, and evangelize adoption.
- Troubleshoot critical operational issues and resolve quickly.

Qualifications
- 510 years experience in IT, ERP, or tech operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain or B2B workflows (FMCG/HORECA/logistics is a plus).
- Experience managing vendors and integrations.
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and basic SQL.
- Clear communication with both technical and business teams.
- Degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
