Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager located in Noida. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including planning, development, testing, and roll-out. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning the product vision with customer needs and business goals. The Product Manager will analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Strategy, Product Management, and Product Lifecycle Management
• Experience with Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of UX/UI Principles and the ability to collaborate with design teams effectively
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Noida
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields
• Experience in B2C Fintech App based company is a must.
