Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Gurugram. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product development from concept to launch, defining product strategies, and managing the product lifecycle. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role will involve conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing strategies to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong product management, project management, and product lifecycle management skills.
• Experience in market research, industry trend analysis, and strategy development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Life Sciences); MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet organizational goals.
