Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Create and maintain product roadmaps
- Lead product development from concept to launch
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Translate insights into product improvements and strategy
Product Strategy
- Assist in defining and executing product strategies aligned with business goals
- Set, track, and measure product KPIs
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete product lifecycle: planning, development, launch, and optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams
- Ensure alignment between product objectives and company goals
Quality Assurance & Customer Feedback
- Define and monitor product quality standards
- Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to enhance product performance
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular product performance reports
- Analyze key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
Product Focus Area
- LMS Product Business Loan
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 24 years of experience in product management or related roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Proven track record of successful product development and launch
- Experience in Fintech / Lending / BFSI is a plus
