We are seeking a Product Manager (3–5 years of experience) from fast-paced B2C fintech startups, with a deep understanding of payments & wallet products, and a strong emphasis on hands-on usage of AI tools and low-code platforms to design, prototype, and ship features more efficiently. This role demands full ownership of product outcomes, customer experience, and business metrics.

Non-Negotiables (Must Have)

  • Strictly 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C fintech startups (payments and/or lending)
  • Strong hands-on experience in payments & wallet/PPI products, including:

# UPI

# Credit cards

# E-mandates

# Net banking

  • Mandatory hands-on proficiency with AI tools and low-code platforms to:
  • Rapidly wireframe and prototype user journeys
  • Generate PRDs, flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Speed up experimentation and ship features faster
  • Work independently without relying fully on design or engineering for early iterations
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle, customer experience, and business KPIs
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, ops) toward measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, failure handling, reconciliation, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • High agency, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity

Good to Have / Bonus

  • Experience in digital lending, especially unsecured lending (BL, CL, LOC, BNPL)
  • Understanding of credit underwriting, bureau data, and regulatory frameworks
  • Exposure to AI/ML models in credit risk, fraud detection, or decisioning
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, Power BI, MoEngage, and Microsoft Clarity
