Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager having prior experience in payment systems. We rely heavily on stability of monetary systems for disbursals of loan amount, and recovery of loan repayments. Payment experience is, hence, core to the basic profitability of the enterprise. The candidate should be well versed in how payments are processed via Payment Gateways, enterprise settlement mechanisms and compliance aspects of the world.

Job Description:

The role requires the candidate to work on three fronts:

• Developing best-in-class experience for user repayments
• Build scalability and configurability in our disbursals stack
• Ensuring compliance while getting things done

You should have prior knowledge of how payment stacks work, how inter-company settlements work, and the basic regulatory environment of the fintech industry in India. Understanding of autopay setups - eNACH & UPI autopay are good to have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations w.r.t. loan disbursement and loan repayments.
• Develop a roadmap of potential improvements to make our payment systembest-in-industry
• Work in a team of PM's, business & tech to drive the roadmap
• Liaise with various third parties involved in the end-to-end process, and key business stakeholders, to effectively lead your roadmap

Key Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in working on payments stacks
• Experience in any related company is preferred
• Basic aptitude for a scalable tech platform design and architecture
• Demonstrable experience in driving customer centric improvements to drive metrics
