Roles & Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define the product strategy for the insurance segment on the website, aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely implementation of features and improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and increase conversions on the journey pages.
- Website Functionality & User Experience:
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure the website's functionality is optimized for the business
- Work closely with designers and developers to enhance the website's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
- Ensure the website is responsive, fast, and easy to navigate, providing a seamless experience across all devices.
- Reduce drop off cases and increase the DIY transaction completion rate.
- Implement AI based solutions for increasing the completion rate and ensure its comprehensiveness across customer touch points.
- Data Analysis & User Insights:
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to gather insights and drive data-driven decisions.
- Analyze key metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with teams, including marketing, sales, Design, Legal, Under-writing and customer support, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.
Experience:
- Must Have:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on DIY Journeys.
- Proven experience in data analysis, user behavior tracking, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience in managing projects that involve cross-functional teams.
- Experience in working on D2C platforms like portal and Mobile App
- Worked on analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau etc.
- Adoption of AI tools in day to day practice for process improvement and efficiency
- Good to Have:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and their impact on user experience and conversion rate.
- Understanding of system (Desktop, Mobile m-site and Mobile App) development, including knowledge of front and back-end technologies
Skills
- Must Have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take data backed decisions comprehensively
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of UX design principles and website performance optimization.
- Good to Have:
- Certifications in product management or web development.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
