Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Own and enhance the onboarding experience for merchant lending, working with partners to integrate APIs.
Analyze data to understand the reasons behind conversion or abandonment in the onboarding process.
Continuously improve onboarding funnel conversion KPIs and test hypotheses to improve user experience.
Manage lender partner product flow and drive growth in disbursals using AI and automation for scalability.

Job Requirements:

5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer or fintech industries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user experience skills.
Proven experience in building API integrations and managing relationships with lending partners.
Ability to negotiate and influence cross-functional teams and prioritize product initiatives effectively.
