About The Role

We are building the future of personalized dermatology and haircare in India by blending cutting-edge AI with expert care. In this role, you will be a core part of our engineering-first team, building a telehealth and marketplace platform that simplifies how users find the right care for their skin and hair. You will help bridge the gap between complex technology and real-world health needs, ensuring our platform is as intuitive as it is powerful.
What You Will Do
- User Obsession: Dive deep into user behavior and data to identify friction points. You will translate these insights into a better discovery experience for users looking for everything from a simple foaming face wash to a specialized ceramide-based sunscreen.
- Feature Ownership: Take the lead on product enhancements and feature requirements. You will define how we showcase high-efficacy products like our Vitamin C serums to ensure the value proposition is clear and science-backed.
- Launch and Learn: Support the rollout of new features and monitor their performance. You will use customer feedback to refine the journey for high-growth categories including our Hyaluronic Acid and Niacinamide Serums.
- Problem Solver: Troubleshoot daily platform challenges to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience from the initial consultation to the delivery of a user's personalized treatment plan.
- Documentation and Coordination: Maintain high-quality product documentation and work across departments to ensure the logistics and presentation of medical-grade skincare remain world-class.
- Direct Impact: Contribute to the development of our core AI models to improve how we generate personalized recommendations for hair growth supplements and complex skincare routines.
