What we are looking for in a candidate:

Paid Internship - 6 Months

Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and continuous improvement.

Design and implement Generative AIenabled features to improve automation, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Develop and optimize user journeys for business insurance products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer experience.

Build strong working knowledge of insurer portals, underwriting workflows, and integration touchpoints to enable smooth product execution and issue resolution.

Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams, leveraging a solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system architecture.

Partner with technology, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Track product performance, analyze customer behavior, and drive data-led improvements.

Act as the voice of the customer while balancing commercial, operational, and technical considerations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in product management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or digital platforms.

Experience working with insurer systems/portals and policy workflows.

Exposure to AI/GenAI use cases in product environments.

Strong understanding of databases, integrations, and backend systems.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
