Role Description

We are seeking a Product Development Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves coordinating the development of new garment products from concept to finish, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the design and production teams to translate creative ideas into marketable products. You will also communicate with clients, negotiate with suppliers, oversee costings, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate trends, costs, and production efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in Product Management, including overseeing product development and managing timelines
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects
• Knowledge of textile and garment manufacturing processes and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
