Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Define and manage the product roadmap for eCommerce features (e.g., checkout, personalization, search, mobile).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features.
Prioritize features using data, research, and user feedback while balancing business needs.
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to the overall product team's best practices.

Job Requirements:

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in telecom.
Experience with eCommerce-related products.
Familiarity with communication solutions like IVR, outbound dialers, SIP, and network layer integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
