Job Title: Product Development – Industrial Design (Electronics Preferred)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and hands-on Product Development professional with a strong background in Industrial Design, preferably within the electronics domain. The ideal candidate has experience working in a startup environment or on self-driven product ventures and understands the entire product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to user testing and final manufacturing. A passion for design thinking, user-centric development, and hardware innovation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of innovative electronic products from concept to production.
- Create user-centred industrial designs that are functional, aesthetic, and manufacturable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, and marketing.
- Rapidly prototype ideas and iterate based on user feedback.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform product features and design.
- Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality control.
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and version control.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in industrial/product design, preferably in consumer electronics or hardware.
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product usability.
- Creative problem-solving and design thinking mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Prior experience in a startup or building own product is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
