Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Product Development Executive with experience in the woven home textile industry. The role involves managing the complete product lifecycle from sampling to production, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products based on buyer requirements
• Prepare product costing and price calculations
• Coordinate with sampling team for sample development
• Follow up on sample approvals with buyers
• Coordinate with production team for bulk orders
• Monitor timelines from sampling to production
• Ensure quality standards are maintained ️
• Work closely with merchandising and planning teams
• Handle production follow-ups and status updates

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–8 years of experience in home textiles / woven products
• Strong knowledge of product development and costing
• Experience in sample development & production follow-up
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
