Product Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting market research and analysis, identifying potential product opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine products. The Product Development Executive will also contribute to research and development (R&D) initiatives, ensure alignment of products with market needs, and assist in devising effective product strategies to drive growth. Clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients will be crucial to ensuring successful implementation and adoption of products.

• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
• Knowledge or experience in Sales to contribute to product positioning and market strategy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in fintech or product development is a strong advantage
