Job Role - Product Development Associate

Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite)

CTC - Rs. 35,000/- per month

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree

Role Description:

The Product Development Associate will be responsible for developing new and innovative products, sourcing raw materials and packaging development, supporting the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. This role involves conducting research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing samples/prototypes, and ensuring that products meet quality, cost, and market requirements. Follow up with Designers, Printers , Photograpers etc, Sourcing for new raw materials etc.

This is an offline job with 6 days working ( 9am -6pm )

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing new products from idea generation to commercialization.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, production, procurement, and marketing teams.
• Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and samples.
• Track timelines and ensure smooth execution of development projects.
• Support quality testing and product trials to meet compliance and standards.
• Provide regular updates on project status to management.
• Assist in cost analysis, feasibility studies, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain records of product versions, revisions, and approvals.
